The gallery has a height comparable to a two-story office building, providing complete vertical flexibility foe whatever painting the owner chooses to exhibit. The actual gallery is a trapezoid within the new rectangular structure. All light enters the space indirectly either through cutouts in the wall or glass walls that are juxtaposed parallel to the interior walls that reused to diffuse the natural light.
The exterior of the building reflects the texture and material of the existing building. The roof has similar characteristics. However, the inside, while having white walls, is designated to reflect the track lighting organized to flood or spot the various art objects in the space.
