This 3,300 square foot build-out penthouse unit is located in the Pinnacle Building situated in the historic warehouse district of downtown Cleveland. The intention of the design was to take full advantage of the views towards the surrounding city and the lake front by creating an open floor plan, floor to ceiling glass and gently curving walls to create a seamless flow between the various living spaces. The space is animated in section by the use of raised ceiling coffers and dropped ceilings that appear to float by the use of recessed radiant light. At night, the apartment glows like a beacon and becomes a visual showpiece for city patrons to view the high level of residential design possible in downtown.
