As a Small Business Architecture Firm, RF+PA was selected through the Design Excellence Program for the modernization and plaza redesign for the A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building in Cleveland, Ohio. RF+PA managed the various skills of the consultants as required to accomplish the goals of the Federal Government for this important project. The scope of work includes major modernization of all mechanical systems; life safety, fire safety, ADA Code Compliance and restructuring of the plaza to eliminated the current water problem.
