Wright State University's master planning process establishes a progressive design concept and a construction budget for the existing 57,000 sq. ft. Lake Campus. Based on the energy of our interview with them in which we openly challenged the Master Plan's two-bookend additions concept, WSU hired RF+PA to implement the design of this exciting program. The new plan combines two additions into a one-story addition thereby reducing site development costs, creating much needed ancillary spaces linking two previously disconnected two-story wings and centralizing this addition to become the nucleus of the campus.
