The goal was to provide new retail and parking-garage facilities on Euclid Avenue, Cleveland's most prominent thoroughfare. Because of soil conditions, it was determined that concrete would be used for the parking deck and retail floors and steel frame incorporated for residential units. The parking structure is the base for a future 27-story residential tower.
