The first phase of this project reorganizes the ingress / egress roadway system for CLE and facilitates easy access to the terminal building and the adjacent parking facility. Additional bypass lanes necessitated a new canopy system to provide protection from the weather for passengers. The new canopies give the traveler a sense of place and the airport a much-needed new image.
